"My food-monkey brought home a small bag of this stuff, thought she could trick me into eating healthy by acting like it was a treat, and then by hiding it in my regular food. I wasn't having any of it. I won't eat anything freeze-dried or dehydrated. Monkey says she loves the idea of including the bones and organs, and that it's Canadian, but I won't touch the stuff!"

The more moisture in their diet, the better it is for them. Both cats have lost weight and their dandruff has gone away. Nice healthy skin and shiny coats now. Great product. Both my cats refused raw, so this was the next best option for them."
"I purchased this as a topper for specialty food that my fussy kitty refused to eat. With this crumbled on top, she is no longer refusing the food. She still won't touch it without this added to it, so I guess I'll be buying this for a long time. The other cats get larger pieces as a treat so they don't feel left out."

"This food seems to be really good quality and my 3 cats enjoyed the small bag I purchased as a trial. It does not absorb water well, which is unfortunate because my cats don't drink enough even with 2 fresh water fountains. It is frustrating that they list the feeding directions in cups rather than weight, when the food is large six inch strips. It's easy to work out weight but I found the choice odd since this food can't be scooped with a tablespoon or a measuring cup."
"My cats love smack! Our older kitty was becoming over weight, since being in smack we’ve been able to get it under control. We also noticed a huge difference in their poops and their coats have never been this soft and shiny. Excellent pet food!"
