Ingredients 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt 1 cup natural, creamy peanut butter - make sure there's no xylitol (also known as birch sugar) 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon cinammon (optional) Smack for some crunch and topper (you choose the flavour!)
