"Excellent but costly. I have my dog on a raw diet and cats on dried raw diet and I let them try this. They enjoyed it but it is costly compared to raw or other dried raw. Since my dog likes it I will use it for training."

Just watching her happily crunch away is so adorable. 🐩❤️ The only downside was that all of the samples arrived crushed into small pieces, which was a bit disappointing. "Our little 14 pound min pin/chihuahua loves SMACK! When we went to pick him up, the rescue gave us a week supply and recommended he stay on it. I don’t know if I have ever seen a dog this excited about his meals! Bonus, his coat is amazing and it’s so easy to travel with. He does seem to enjoy all flavors equally. I love supporting Canadian companies so this will always be his food of choice."
"I bought theses sample packs to keep at our trailer for convenience. Our dogs have been eating Smack for a couple of years and now our neighbour dogs at the trailer are also enjoying it. So it comes in handy as a treat as well!"
"Hi guys Upon receiving the sample variety,,and checking the amount of actual dog food in each bag, I feel that this is not a very environmentally friendly idea. More money is spent on packaging and less on the food itself. I have three dogs, one standard poodle and two smaller dogs under 15 pounds and I call the small bags a Chihuahua size as that’s how much my Chihuahua would need per meal! I’d have to use several small bags to satisfy one meal for my standard poodle! The big size could serve as a topper, but only that in my mind."
"I bought the small variety pack to see what she likes. So far Salmon wins. Rockfish next then pork. Let's see what happens. I bought more Rockfish and pork to experiment for 2 weeks. Best fir allergies. She scratches alot so hoping this helps No digestive issues with the change."

"Loved - I do really wish that trying of the product I could have made a selection of choices to create a variety box that would fit my dogs needs. The food is wonderful however we are trying to keep him off chicken and beef and now I am left with packets that we will not be able to use. I of course will donate them, but it’s an expensive trial."
