Bad Very Berry Chicken order
"I received my 2 kg Very Berry Chicken order, but when I opened it, the chicken was broken into many small pieces. This is quite different from what I have received before, as the pieces were usually intact. I wanted to bring this to your attention and hope we can resolve it."
Disappointing consistency
"When I opened the bag, I found the bits were more like crumbs, dusty, the bits too small to even pink up and eat. Instead, I've had to mix them with kibble to make a meal. I tried to serve by adding water and it only makes a paste. I'm not sure this is the desired consistency you meant to sell??"
Very Berry Delicious
"I haven't tasted this food myself but my dog gives it two paws up! I had purchased four different flavours of the smaller sized bags for him to try and none compared to Very Berry Chicken. Ordering via the website was straight forward and the food came by mail. There was a little party in the kitchen on the day that I served that first meal of Very Berry Chicken after he had gone without for a while as the store close to us was sold out. He ate it so fast! I recommend this food. I took one star off because, like other resealable pet food bags, the resealable portion didn't last long enough but that may be user error as it seems to happen with different brands."

Artisnal Very Berry Chicken
"I have 2 dogs. The one with a bad stomach and teeth has had no issues with this food but the other, who can normally eat anything, has thrown up a few times on this one. I will be calling to see if I can exchange it for the Chunky Chicken. I still want to give them both this brand but maybe not the berry blend."

"It’s basically crumbled dust of the More popular smack treats, marketed as “artisanal bits“. If you’re looking for training treats, do not purchase these. It’s the stuff that you find at the bottom of the bag of the regular smack."

"Our dogs is a picky eater and with Smack there was no hesitation didn't even have to think about it she gobbled it up. Also you should know that we had a problem with the delivery and not only did they refund are money they sent us are order at no cost. It has been years since a company has treated me so great"
